Premium Studio with a balcony and a view (45 m2 + 6 m2)

The Premium Studio has a size of 45 m2. You can look forward to a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room, a structurally separated bedroom and your own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). In the living room there is a sofa bed, a table and a TV with internet connection. Bed arrangement: in a separate bedroom (separated by a door) - 1x double bed with one mattress, 1x French duvet + 2x smaller pillows. The third and fourth sleeping places are in the living room on a sofa bed with 2 x classic duvets and pillows. Adjacent to the apartment is a 6 m2 balcony. Maximum number of guests: 4 of which adult guests: 2, maximum number of extra beds for children/juniors under 18: 2. Maximum number of cots 1. Smoking is prohibited in the studio, on the balcony and in common parts of the individual buildings (e.g. corridors) (see Operating Rules). In the event of a violation of this prohibition, the guest's stay will be terminated without compensation.
